Terms of use

These terms apply when you use SAPA TICKET, operated by SAPA TICKET, to book tickets for partner attractions.

1. Our role

SAPA TICKET is an intermediary booking platform. Each attraction is responsible for its prices, services, opening hours and admission at the gate.

2. Booking and payment

Choose ticket types, quantity and visit date, and provide an accurate name, phone number and email. Orders are held for the time shown on the payment page and are cancelled automatically afterwards. E-tickets (QR codes) are issued once payment is received.

3. Using tickets

Each QR code can be used once. Keep your tickets private. Used tickets are non-refundable.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or unlawful activity.
